Emergency pause and takedown procedure

This is the public summary of Kua SpA's reversible emergency process. It is not a promise that every complaint will result in removal.

Urgent triggers include a credible threat to safety; exposure of private or security information; an apparently false allegation of criminal or comparably grave misconduct; impersonation; a valid legal order; compromised provenance; or evidence that a published asset is not the approved version.

  1. Preserve the report and hash the then-current pages, feeds, transcript, media, manifests and relevant logs before changing distribution, unless immediate preservation would materially increase harm.
  2. The authorized operator may pause RSS, web, video and download delivery. Pausing is reversible and does not delete the evidentiary originals.
  3. Record who authorized the pause, why, the UTC time and the action taken on each platform. Notify any external lawyer actually retained for that matter; no legal review is claimed when none occurred.
  4. Compare the publication with the private raw calls, claim review and signed release manifest. Seek comment from an affected person when appropriate.
  5. Decide to restore unchanged, restore with separately versioned context or correction, replace only a clearly human-authored wrapper, or withdraw permanently.
  6. Publish a visible status note when doing so would not increase safety or privacy harm. Never silently replace dialogue, audio or transcript.
  7. Verify restored assets against a new signed manifest and notify the reporting person when contact details are available.

The private release configuration truthfully records whether the operation has dual monitors or a single operator. Kua SpA currently has one editorial operator and no independent human failover. Before launch and at least annually, the actual operator must complete a dated tabletop exercise and record this continuity limitation. Material originals are not destroyed during an active complaint, legal hold or reasonably anticipated dispute.
