Criticism does not automatically create a right to approve or suppress an episode. Before publishing a serious factual allegation about an identifiable living person, however, Kua SpA will make a fair effort to verify it and offer the affected person a meaningful opportunity to comment.

Claim review

Every generated turn is reviewed for identifiable living people and concrete factual claims. An allegation of crime, corruption, abuse, professional dishonesty or comparably serious wrongdoing places the complete run on hold. The private claim record contains the exact words and text hash, timestamp, originating call, reliable supporting and contradicting material, contact attempts, any response and the final editorial decision.

If the allegation cannot be responsibly supported, the default is to reject the entire run. Kua SpA does not repair the problem by deleting or rewriting the individual model answer.

The request

A request for comment identifies Kua SpA and Synthetic Beef, quotes the material allegation in context, gives the intended publication date, asks focused questions, explains how the response may be used and provides a working reply method. Delivery evidence is retained.

The ordinary response window is five business days. A genuinely time-sensitive publication may use 48–72 hours when the reason is documented. Silence is never described as agreement. Late information may still produce a correction, update, pause or withdrawal.

A response is represented fairly. It may be published as a clearly attributed written statement alongside the intact conversation; it is not inserted into a model's mouth or presented as part of the generation run.

Kua SpA records whether external legal advice was obtained. It never describes an internal editorial review as counsel review and never invents an approval. If serious legal risk cannot be resolved with the evidence and resources available, Kua SpA rejects the complete run or does not publish it.
