Kua SpA wants Synthetic Beef to be usable without hearing the audio, seeing the animation, using a mouse or relying on colour alone. The website's target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA; this is a target and review standard, not an unverified claim that every page already conforms.

Each released episode should provide:

• a versioned text transcript identifying speakers and human-authored material;
• synchronized captions for video;
• keyboard-operable controls, visible focus and meaningful headings;
• sufficient colour contrast and labels that do not rely on colour alone;
• text alternatives for informative images and a reduced-motion presentation where motion is not essential; and
• disclosure and legal information in readable HTML, not only inside audio or images.

Third-party players may have limitations outside Kua SpA's control. The site should also offer a direct transcript and, where available, an accessible download or alternative player.

To report a barrier or request an alternative format, write to complaints@kua.cl with subject ACCESSIBILITY. Include the page or episode, the barrier, assistive technology or browser if relevant, and the format that would help. Kua SpA targets acknowledgment within one business day and will provide a practical response or timetable.
