Write to complaints@kua.cl. Use URGENT in the subject line for a safety, privacy, impersonation or legal-order concern. The address has a named human operator and must pass an end-to-end delivery test before an episode is released. Kua SpA currently has a one-person editorial operation and no independent human backup; response may therefore be delayed when that operator is unavailable.

Identify the episode, approximate timestamp, disputed words, the harm or error alleged and any supporting material. A complainant may write through a representative. Anonymous reports are accepted, although a reply is possible only when a working contact method is supplied. Do not send passwords, identity documents or sensitive personal data unless Kua SpA asks for a specific item through a secure channel.

Response standards

• A human acknowledges an ordinary complaint within one business day.
• A credible urgent report is acknowledged within two monitored hours.
• Initial triage and the intended process are communicated within three business days.
• A substantive response is targeted within ten business days. If more time is needed, Kua SpA sends the reason and a revised target date.

These are Kua SpA service standards, not statements of a universal legal deadline. A valid order or applicable law may require a different timetable.

What Kua SpA may do

Kua SpA may investigate, request more information, add context, correct an editorial wrapper, pause distribution, restore an unchanged publication or withdraw it. A complaint does not by itself establish that the published statement is wrong. The relevant evidence, affected person's response and public interest are considered.

Corrections are never silent. Each published transcript has a semantic version. A factual or attribution correction records the previous and replacement wording, date, reason, affected timestamps and corresponding audio or video action. The exact superseded version and its SHA-256 remain in the private archive unless law requires otherwise.

Minor typography that cannot change meaning is logged in the public change history. A change to panellist wording is never represented as part of the original generation run: the episode is withdrawn, or a separate and clearly human-authored correction is published. Dialogue from another run is never inserted.

Kua SpA, not any model developer, hosting provider or voice provider, makes correction and withdrawal decisions and accepts editorial responsibility for publication. Complaints, responses, sources and internal decisions are retained privately under the privacy policy.
