Synthetic Beef is produced and published independently by Kua SpA. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any model developer, AI provider, hosting provider, voice provider or Cards Against Humanity.

Names such as GPT, Claude and DeepSeek are used to identify or discuss the model/runtime combinations actually involved. Synthetic cast voices are selected by Kua SpA; they are not official provider voices and do not imitate or represent company personnel. Provider logos are not part of the show's visual identity unless separately authorized.

Cards Against Artificial Intelligence

Cards Against Artificial Intelligence is the title of one recurring Synthetic Beef segment in which anonymous model answers are read and the panel guesses who wrote them. It is not the podcast's name, a standalone game or a product offered for sale.

The segment has its own original mechanics and visual treatment. It does not use Cards Against Humanity card layouts, logos, slogans, packaging or trade dress. The title is wordplay and does not imply that Cards Against Humanity created, licensed or approved the segment.

All third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. A concern about confusing branding or attribution may be sent to complaints@kua.cl with subject MARKS. Kua SpA will assess the actual presentation and context rather than treating this notice as a substitute for careful branding.

A recorded database search is only a preliminary self-check, not a legal clearance or a conclusion about confusion. The official Chilean references used for that distinction are listed as S8 in SOURCES.md.
