The following disclosure appears at first exposure, before substantive model answers:

Synthetic Beef is an independent entertainment production produced and published by

Kua SpA. The panellist wording was generated by the listed model and runtime combinations

under producer-written prompts. Every voice is a synthetic cast voice—not a model's, a

person's or a company's voice. Outputs are not company policy, verified fact or evidence

of a stable model belief.

The same substance appears prominently in the episode description, transcript header, website, RSS or equivalent feed metadata, video description and an early visible video overlay. The YouTube upload is marked AI use: Yes. Metadata alone is not treated as adequate notice.

The moderator also states the episode's whole-run method. The "AI equivalent of live television" analogy refers only to selecting one complete generation run rather than choosing individual answers. The programme is not a continuous live audio recording: voice casting, speech synthesis, pauses, music, captions, animation, assembly and mastering happen later and are disclosed as post-production.

No panellist words are rewritten. At most once, the model-generated moderator may cut a live debate turn at a recorded sentence boundary before later panellists speak; the complete generated response is retained and the omitted continuation is published separately. This rule is disclosed on the methodology page and edit ledger, not recited in the spoken introduction.

A disclosed automated showrunner removes non-spoken formatting and visual directions, may edit only moderator wording, and may insert a very short moderator bridge at an awkward seam. Its exact prompt and changes are published. Required disclosures and in-run correction/interruption lines are excluded from model editing.

No synthetic voice is represented as the natural voice of a model, provider employee or real person. A voice that imitates an identifiable person's voice is not used without a documented lawful basis and separate editorial approval.

The production applies this disclosure globally as an editorial standard. Kua SpA does not claim that this page by itself resolves every jurisdiction-specific classification. The current EU and YouTube materials reviewed for this standard are recorded as S3–S5 in SOURCES.md.
